Kuria Live: Borley Rectory & Other Hauntings

Borley Rectory
Borley Rectory was a Victorian house that gained fame as the most haunted house in England after being described as such by Harry Price. Built in 1862 to house the rector of the parish of Borley and his family, it was badly damaged by fire in 1939 and demolished in 1944. Borley Rectory has long been viewed as the most haunted house in the country but what is the truth behind the stories?

Harry Price had a very eventful career, however, out of all his investigations, none attracted as much controversy as that of Borley Rectory, located in a quiet Essex Hamlet, it had all the ingredients of a classic ghost story, murder, affairs, restless spirits, mysterious fires and dark deeds.
